After much encouragement and research, we have developed our reproduction Hartford Shock Absorbers.  Built from information from original literature and original pieces, we have recreated the friction shock that was used on many early cars and was factory equipment on some, such as Pierce Arrow.  We continue, with customer feedback, to try and improve and expand these shock absorbers.  Built with brass accents, nickel plated versions are also available.   All parts are built like the originals, so most all of our parts will interchange with the original shocks.  As of our publication date, the following configurations are available.  If you need a different configuration, please call and talk to us about your needs.
